A private client engagement executed inside Claude Cowork. The client wanted anonymous, ongoing updates on the Google Pixel 11 Pro (release dates, RAM and storage configurations) ahead of the August 2026 launch. Built a scheduled agent that searches trusted sources twice a week, separates confirmed facts from rumors with cited sources, and auto-sends a custom-designed HTML newsletter via Gmail and Zapier with zero manual steps. The newsletter went through several design iterations (editorial cream layout, countdown pill, rumor-watch callouts, pastel spec cards) and reads reader replies to adapt coverage, which it did when the client requested Pro XL and storage tracking. Also delivered a live tracker dashboard and full project documentation PDF. Client identity kept private.
A private client engagement executed inside Claude Cowork, using connected tools instead of manual work. Researched 175 target firms across six buyer/referral segments (wealth advisory, corporate relocation, family offices, luxury realtors, private aviation, and law firms), then enriched 140+ verified individual contacts through Apollo. Delivered a live Google Sheets system: an auto-updating outreach list, a summary dashboard, and a color-coded status tracker for the field agent to log replies. Also produced a one-page, critical-path status report for stakeholders. Client identity and property details kept private.
